Welcome to Match Makeover. By accessing or using our dating profile optimization services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using any Match Makeover service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of Match Makeover services, including Profile Audit, Match Makeover, Date Paparazzi, and any future services we may offer.

Services Description

Match Makeover provides dating profile optimization services for singles in the Tampa Bay area, including:

• Profile Audit: Expert review of dating profiles with recommendations for photos, prompts, and positioning
• Match Makeover: Complete profile rewrite with photo selection, prompt updates, and messaging guidance
• Date Paparazzi: Candid lifestyle photography services for dating profiles
• Personal Podcast: Audio-based dating profile content (coming soon)

Services may be offered virtually or in person depending on the service type and your location. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Match Makeover services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Service.

Booking and Payment

When you book a service with Match Makeover:

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice
• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed
• We accept payment through secure third-party payment processors
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy
• Bundle discounts may be available for multiple services and are applied at our discretion

Refund Policy

We strive to deliver excellent service. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Refunds may be requested within 48 hours of receiving your completed profile audit or makeover if you are not satisfied with the service
• For photography services (Date Paparazzi), cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled shoot will receive a full refund
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

User Responsibilities

As a user of Match Makeover services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about yourself
• Submit content (photos, prompts, profile information) that you have the legal right to use
• Not use our services for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Match Makeover and third parties
• Communicate respectfully with our team and follow instructions for service delivery
• Take responsibility for how you use the optimized profiles and content we provide

Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all photos, information, and content you provide to us. By submitting content, you grant Match Makeover a limited license to use, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

Our Content: All profile copy, recommendations, photography, strategies, and other materials created by Match Makeover are provided for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or use our work for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Testimonials: We may request permission to use anonymized testimonials or case studies from our work with you. You are under no obligation to provide such permission, and we will always seek your explicit consent before featuring your experience.

Service Limitations and Disclaimers

While we strive to provide high-quality profile optimization services:

• We cannot guarantee specific results, matches, or dating outcomes
• Results may vary based on individual circumstances, location, and dating app algorithms
• We are not responsible for how dating app platforms display or promote your profile
• We provide advice and optimization services, but dating success depends on many factors beyond our control
• Our services are advisory in nature and do not constitute professional therapy, counseling, or relationship advice

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Match Makeover and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

We are not responsible for any outcomes, experiences, or interactions you have with other individuals you meet through dating apps, whether or not you use our services.

Photography Services Terms

For Date Paparazzi photography services:

• Sessions are scheduled by appointment and subject to availability
• Weather-related rescheduling for outdoor shoots will be accommodated at no additional charge
• You will receive edited photos within the timeframe specified at booking
• Photos are optimized for dating profiles and delivered digitally
• You grant Match Makeover permission to use photos from your session for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt out
• We maintain professional standards and respectful conduct during all photography sessions

Confidentiality

We treat all client information with confidentiality. Your profile content, photos, and personal information will not be shared publicly or with third parties except as necessary to provide services or as required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we handle your data.

Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate our relationship with any client who:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• Provides false or misleading information
• Engages in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward our team
• Uses our services for illegal or unethical purposes

In the event of termination, we will refund any unused prepaid services on a prorated basis.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns or disputes regarding our services, please contact us first to resolve the matter informally. We are committed to working with you to address any issues.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tampa Bay, Florida.
